Jonah Boyarin (he/they) is a political-cultural writer, educator, and community organizer. Their writing has appeared in Jewish Currents, In geveb, and elsewhere. In his day job, as the Jewish Communities Liaison for the New York City Commission on Human Rights, Jonah authored the City’s official curriculum on antisemitism, using an intersectional lens, and taught it to hundreds of teachers, students, and civil servants. In 2020, Jonah was named one of New York City’s “36 Under 36” by The Jewish Week. Jonah always roots for the underdog, except when it comes to his beloved NY Yankees.
